Disability Support Services We Offer

Nursing

Our registered nurses are available for clients with more complex health needs or injuries. We provide clinical support – both short and long term – for a variety of health conditions.

Social Support

Keeping socially connected with family, friends and one’s community is essential for good health. Our carers are available for as little as a friendly in-home chat, to take you shopping or to accompany you on walks or outings.

  • Transport / accompanying to medical appointments, social and other recreational activities, religious services

Domestic Assistance

Domestic assistance gives you the time and energy to do the things you enjoy! Our staff are available for assistance with everyday household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, changing and washing the bed linen, clothes washing and ironing, food shopping, watering the plants or feeding your pet.

Personal Care

Personal care includes assistance with bathing (including bed baths) and showering, toileting, support with shaving, applying make-up and hair care, oral hygiene, dressing and getting ready for bed.

Allied Health Services

Allied health professionals advise and assist with therapies to enhance mobility, hearing, sight, speech and swallowing, nutrition and emotional support. We can arrange for an audiologist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech pathologist, podiatrist, nutritionist or psychologist to visit you in the comfort of your own home or assisted living facility. This allows you the extra support you may need without the disruption of travelling to an appointment.

Medication Management

To ensure your safety and well-being, our staff are here to assist you to take the correct medication at the right time, to collect your medication from your local pharmacy or to organise medication packaging such as a blister pack.

Transport

Our staff are available to accompany you to work, university or shopping. They can drive you to medical appointments, social and leisure activities or simply to the supermarket, either in their vehicle or your own car. We can also arrange for you to access transport services, such as a taxi or Uber either as a one-off or on a regular basis.

NDIS Home-Care Specialists

All Around the Clock Care care workers are vetted, trained and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Our NDIS carers are personally chosen and matched to your specific health needs and appreciate the complexity and individual nature of each client’s disability. We provide care as part of your NDIS package and can also complement any existing service with private care. Once you have a Support Coordinator or Plan Manager, we can look after your care needs.

Around the Clock Care will develop a personalised care program to match your health needs. As your requirements may vary over time, your care plan will be regularly reviewed and updated. All care plans are overseen by a registered nurse.

We Come to You

Our services are available in a range of settings, including your home, assisted living facility, hospital or hospice. Your carer will be a trained and suitably skilled support person who is selected with your needs and goals in mind.
