Our Company History

Around the Clock Care was established in 2007

We set up Around the Clock Care in 2007 to provide the elderly with a superior alternative to living in a nursing home or aged care facility.

Today, our care services cater to NDIS, Support at Home Packages, self-managed Support at Home Clients, and private self-funded clients in a range of settings.

Supporting Independence, Privacy, Lifestyle and Dignity

As three women with elderly parents, we knew how important it was for our parents to be able to live in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. Like many, their wish was to stay at home to maintain their independence, privacy, lifestyle and dignity.

Passionate About Care

We believe everyone should have access and support to do the things they enjoy, such as going for walks, shopping, and seeing friends and family. Our carers are passionate about supporting our clients to live a fulfilled and comfortable life, in a familiar and safe environment.

We offer customized care to meet your needs – whether that’s help with the groceries, attending medical appointments, assistance with meals and housework or full-time nursing care.

Our team is led by Anne Butt, a registered nurse with 40 years community nursing experience.

We’re happy to meet for a no-fee consultation to develop a personalised plan to address all your care needs. We can also do an assessment over the phone and arrange care services within 24 hours of receiving a client agreement.

With our team of compassionate and expertly trained staff, your family is in good hands. One of our team members is on call 24/7 so we are able to assist you anytime for emergencies or put services in place.
