I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how grateful I am to Anne and the team at Around the Clock Care. I owe them so much more than this testimonial. Julian’s last wish was to go home as he was in the final stages of pancreatic cancer. At the time, I was completely overwhelmed, emotions were high, and he was deteriorating quickly. I reached out to Anne and, at very short notice, she organised a care team to get Julian home. As his condition changed, she continued to adjust everything — bringing in more carers and helping organise 24/7 RN support when we needed it. She just understood what was needed and made it happen without adding any more stress. The carers were incredible. Katak went above and beyond with calf massages that genuinely helped ease Julian’s pain, and Linda, who was with us at the end, was so kind and attentive — always making sure he was comfortable and cared for. Because of Anne and her team, we were able to honour Julian’s final wish and get him home, surrounded by care, dignity and love. I will always be grateful.

I have been with Around The Clock Care since 2017. I am in a wheelchair permanently and I am very high care. There is not a lot that I can do for myself. The carers that they have provided me with are exemplary and they have been with me for quite a few years now. They treat me like they would treat anyone in their family. Nothing is a problem and if they have a problem, they come and discuss it with me then between the two of us we work out, what needs to be done? Maggie from Round the Clock Care has been a loving and supportive carer for my mum. She did the shopping every fortnight and was always punctual.
