How to Get Started with Around the Clock Care

Book Your Initial Assessment:

You will be visited by one of our registered nurses for a no-fee, initial consultation and assessment in your home, assisted living facility or hospital room. We will discuss and review your care needs and all available care options.

We Come to You:

Our services are available in a range of settings, including your home, assisted living facility or hospital. Your carer will be a trained and suitably qualified support worker who is selected with your health needs and goals in mind.

Receive a Tailored Care Plan:

Around the Clock Care will develop a personalised care program to match your needs and funding. As your requirements may vary over time, your care plan will be regularly reviewed and updated. All care plans are overseen by a registered nurse.
